Pre-Owned Promise
Pre-Owned Promise
Every pre-owned item has a history. Our goal is to help you understand exactly what you're purchasing before it arrives at your door.
Whether you're shopping for a rare first pressing, an out-of-print CD, or a classic album to complete your collection, every pre-owned item offered by Vibin' Vinyl is individually evaluated and described with honesty, transparency, and a collector's mindset.
We believe buying pre-owned media should feel just as confident as buying new.
Our Commitment
When you purchase a pre-owned item from Vibin' Vinyl, you can expect:
- Honest, transparent grading
- Detailed product descriptions
- Clear notes about significant flaws or wear
- Secure packaging designed to protect collectible media
- Real customer support if you have questions
We would rather describe an item conservatively than disappoint a collector.
Our Grading Philosophy
Whenever possible, Vibin' Vinyl follows the widely recognized Goldmine Grading Standard for vinyl records and adapts those same principles to other collectible media.
Every item is individually inspected before being listed for sale.
When applicable, both the media and the packaging are graded separately.
Condition Guide
Mint (M)
A perfect item.
Factory sealed or appears untouched.
Because truly mint pre-owned items are exceptionally rare, this grade is used very sparingly.
Near Mint (NM or M-)
Shows little to no signs of use.
The media plays exceptionally well, and the packaging remains clean with minimal wear.
A collector-quality copy.
Very Good Plus (VG+)
One of the most common collector grades.
Light cosmetic wear may be present but should not significantly affect playback or enjoyment.
Packaging may show minor shelf wear or corner wear.
Very Good (VG)
Noticeable signs of use.
The media may contain visible marks and occasional playback imperfections.
Packaging may display moderate wear, creases, ring wear, or small imperfections.
Still an enjoyable listening copy.
Good (G) / Good Plus (G+)
Shows significant wear from use.
Playback imperfections are expected.
Packaging may have heavier wear.
These copies are generally purchased for affordability, nostalgia, or to fill a gap in a collection.
Fair (F) / Poor (P)
Items with substantial wear or damage.
These grades are rarely offered unless the item is particularly rare or collectible.
Any significant issues will always be clearly described.

Whenever an item has characteristics beyond its grade, we'll tell you.

If there's something we think a collector would want to know, we'll include it.
Cleaning & Inspection
Whenever practical, pre-owned vinyl records receive a visual inspection before being listed.
Items are evaluated for overall condition and significant defects.
Because every item is unique, the level of cleaning or preparation may vary.
If a product has received additional cleaning or restoration, it will be noted in the product description.
Photographs
Whenever possible, product images accurately represent the item being sold.
For particularly valuable, signed, rare, or unique pre-owned items, Vibin' Vinyl may use photographs of the actual item rather than stock images.
Our Goal
We're collectors too.
We understand the excitement of finding a long-sought album and the disappointment of receiving something that wasn't accurately described.
That's why every pre-owned item is listed with transparency and care.
If you ever have questions about a particular item before purchasing, we're always happy to help.
