Shipping policy

All domestic orders (contingent United States) are shipped via USPS. 

These rates are subject to change at any time without notice and may vary depending on the time of the transaction. 

Delivery times vary depending on the product. We offer a large selection of pre-release items and shipping times depend on when certain products release, as we do not receive these items until around that date. Thus, the given estimated delivery time at checkout for products on pre-order only applies once the item has officially released - as shown in the product descriptions. 

International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.

Estimates:

In-stock Products: 2-6 days 

Pre-Order Products: 14-30 days (sometimes longer & sometimes shorter depending on release date)

Backorder Products: 14-90 days (sometimes longer & sometimes shorter depending on when they come back in stock)

*We do continue to sell products that have been backordered, and there will be a note on the product page if it has been backordered. If you place an order for a backorder product, you may receive it shortly after your order, or a few weeks after since we have no control over when suppliers send us backordered items.

*Note: when you order a backorder product, we are reserving your spot for that product, even if it is out of stock everywhere else - so that when it does finally come back into stock, you will be the first to get it.
