Shipping Information

At Vibin' Vinyl, we know that collectors care about how their music arrives just as much as what's inside the package. Whether you're ordering a brand-new release, artist merchandise, or a rare collectible, we work to ensure your order is packaged carefully and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most in-stock music orders are processed and shipped the same business day when placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time (1:00 PM Pacific Time).

Orders placed after the daily shipping cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Some products, including made-to-order merchandise and pre-owned collectibles, require additional processing time. Please refer to the product description for any item-specific shipping estimates.

Shipping Within the United States

At this time, Vibin' Vinyl ships within the United States only.

International shipping may become available in the future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the items in your order.

Some oversized or unusually heavy products (such as turntables) may have different shipping rates due to their size and weight.

Tracking Information

Every order includes tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package throughout delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items ordered together may ship separately depending on where they are fulfilled.

Examples include:

  • Music releases
  • Artist merchandise
  • Pre-owned collectibles

Each shipment will include its own tracking information when applicable.

Music Orders

Most new vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, books, and other media are fulfilled by one of our trusted distribution partners.

Most in-stock music orders placed before the daily cutoff are shipped the same business day.

These orders are typically shipped using USPS Media Mail whenever appropriate.

Artist Merchandise

Artist apparel and select merchandise are produced made-to-order to reduce waste and unnecessary inventory.

These items typically ship within 5–7 business days before entering transit.

Pre-Owned & Rare Collectibles

Pre-owned records, signed items, and other rare collectibles are individually packed and shipped directly by Vibin' Vinyl.

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Packaging

Vinyl records are shipped using protective record mailers designed to help reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Every order is packaged with care to help ensure your purchase arrives safely.

Preorders

Preorder items ship when they become available.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

Individual product pages will provide estimated release dates whenever available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and carrier.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Please note that carriers may experience delays during holidays, severe weather, or other unexpected events.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for several days or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the best resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include filing a carrier claim, sending a replacement (when available), or issuing a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
