Greatest Hits Live In London

Great American Music Company's 2010 CD Live in London is a retitled and truncated re-release of the 2004 show at the London Astoria previously released as the Just Another Night DVD and the CD entitled The Truth, the Whole Truth and Nuthin' But the Truth. It's a show that's seen so many releases because it deserves it: Hunter was supported by a crackerjack band featuring his old Mott the Hoople running mate Mick Ralphs, and they ran through a set of hits with a vigor that belies their age. If you already happen to own one of the previous releases, the bonus track of an acoustic version of "All the Young Dudes" isn't enough bait to warrant another purchase, but this is a show worth hearing in whatever form it takes. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine
