Redman takes us all on yet another frantic excursion through steel-rimmed beats, spare backing tracks, and most of all, his irrepressible rhyming sensibilities. Redman's first outing since DOC'S THE NAME is heavier in subject matter than that skit-filled collection. From the cheerful Cockney chappie (!) intro of "Roller Coaster," where the ride betrays a suspicious similarity to a prison lockdown, to the grainy "Real Niggaz," the erstwhile Reggie Noble heads for the hip-hop jugular with a set of hard rhymes guaranteed to move all but the most dyed-in-the-wool hip-hop haters.
