Album Overview
Tenterhooks is the seventh studio album from Silversun Pickups and the follow-up to 2022’s Physical Thrills. Produced by Butch Vig and mixed by Billy Bush, the album delivers a concise, guitar-driven collection built around urgency, tension, and emotionally charged alternative rock.
The ten-track album features “The Wreckage,” “Long Gone,” and “Au Revoir Reservoir,” alongside songs including “New Wave,” “Witness Mark,” “Thorns and All,” “Running Out of Sounds,” and “Hot Wired.” Its combination of layered guitars, dynamic arrangements, and the band’s distinctive melodic approach continues Silversun Pickups’ blend of alternative and indie rock.
