Personnel: Michael Wayne (vocals). Audio Mixers: Robert Marks; Mike Dean . Recording information: Air's Studio, Houston, TX; Cedar Creek Studios; PatchWerk, Atlanta, GA; Showtime Studio, Houston, TX; Studio 815, Houston, TX. Photographer: Mike Frost . The long-awaited follow-up to his blockbuster debut, ALREADY PLATINUM, finds Slim Thug collaborating with a gang of heavyweight producers and guest artists from the Lone Star State and beyond. With the Neptunes and Jazze Pha conspicuously absent, the Houston representative tries out some variations on his trademark H-Town gangsta funk, reworking the Flock of Seagulls pop hit into a streetwise anthem on "I Run" and following Kanye's and Weezy's lead on the vocoder-driven club-banger "She Like That." Still, most of BOSS OF ALL BOSSES is straight gangsta, as Thug builds a personal manifesto around a familiar Eazy-E sample ("Thug") and passes the mic to fellow Houston artists Z-Ro, Paul Wall, Devin the Dude, UGK, and Scarface.
