Superheaven – Self-Titled (Blue Grape Records)
Superheaven’s sound thrives on the seamless interplay of its four members—Jake Clarke (vocals, guitar), Taylor Madison (vocals, guitar), Joe Kane (bass), and Zack Robbins (drums). Blending post-hardcore grit, fuzzed-out distortion, and hazy alternative melodies, their music delivers a unique balance of raw energy and hypnotic catharsis.
After building a dedicated following with 2013’s Jar and 2015’s Ours Is Chrome—which Brooklyn Vegan named one of the “50 Best Punk & Emo Albums: 2015-2019”—Superheaven’s influence only grew. Songs like “Youngest Daughter” exploded on TikTok, racking up 128 million Spotify streams, while “Poor Aileen” surpassed 25 million.
Now, a decade after their breakthrough, Superheaven returns with their self-titled third album, their first release on Blue Grape Records. Fueled by years of fan devotion and a spiritual connection to their signature sound, this record is a must-have for longtime fans and new listeners alike.
