"I MEAN ALARMED: the Toulon-Pedro Connect” is a project conceived by US punk icon Mike Watt and Régis Laugier of the French experimental trio Hi Fi Klub. The collaboration pairs 24 musicians from the cities of Toulon, France and San Pedro, California, including members of bands such as At Dawn We Are Kings, Bara Bandai, Brother James, Lèvres de Beurre, LuneApache, Sarah Maison, Potochkine, CM Sludge, Les Somnambulites, The Spitters, Twin Apple, and Mike Watt’s trios (The Missingmen, The Secondmen, Il Sogno del Marinaio). The limited edition color vinyl pressing comes housed in a gatefold jacket, complete with an extensive 40 page booklet about the unique project.
