Taking its cue from the hugely successful British series, Universal Records has been releasing the popular Now That's What I Call Music! compilations (often shortened to Now!) in the U.S. since 1998. Released several times each year, the Now! collections gather the most popular hits of the day onto a single or double-disc set. Released in May 2014, Now That's What I Call Music! Vol. 50 is a 21-track collection featuring tracks from pop giants like Bruno Mars and Miley Cyrus. Top Ten hits like Pharrell Williams' "Happy" are featured alongside other hits like Foxes' "Youth" and the Chainsmokers' "Selfie." ~ Timothy Monger
