Released in May 2015, Now That's What I Call Music, Vol. 54 offers up the year's second batch of pop hits with a slew of singles from late 2014 and the early part of 2015. As usual, there are some pop chart heavyweights here like Taylor Swift's "Blank Space," a song that knocked her own "Shake It Off" out of the number one Billboard spot. Elsewhere, Kelly Clarkson returns with the far-too-catchy "Heartbeat Song" and Fall Out Boy cement their career comeback with the Suzanne Vega-sampling "Centuries." As with previous volumes, this 21-song set also contains several "upcoming" tracks as part of the Now Presents What's Next! preview series. ~ Timothy Monger
